ZSI Technology: Award-winning innovation in the automotive sector

With headquarters in Altdorf near Nuremberg (D) for more than 50 years, ZSI Technology has long been a strong partner for the most renowned companies and their suppliers in the automotive sector. In 2019, the company was named one of the TOP 100 German innovators: the award stands for innovative management and technological achievements.

As automotive supplier and supplier for e-mobility, ZSI Technology convinced with its success in innovation. ZSI functions as partner for companies during the complete development and manufacturing process, but also provides comprehensive creative solutions for the whole process – from the first idea to serial production. ZSI Technology started in 1972, developing mechanical products, which was supplemented in 1989 by electronics and software. In 2007, the decision was made to offer validation and manufacturing know-how, as well as the according capacity. The value-adding processes were implemented step by step with the goal to offer comprehensive performances from a single source.

Today, ZSI Technology is an established engineering partner and system supplier. Feasibility studies, value analysis and troubleshooting complete ZSI Technology’s performance profile. “The integration of interdisciplinary techniques is one of the specialties in our delivery spectrum. To create professionally competent innovative solutions under conditions defined by the customer is our expertise,” says managing director Angela Rebekka Werbik.

In recent years, the company has built an extensive expertise in a wide variety of techniques and manufacturing processes. The goal, according to Werbik, is to bring a mobility product onto the market, which harmonises the most sophisticated innovative technical solutions with the main interests of humanity.
