The newly renovated Hotel Stein follows the concept ‘Salzburg meets Venice’ and offers its guests a beautiful stylistic merge of the two historically significant places. Even before they reopened at the beginning of March, legendary Hotel Stein was already known far beyond Salzburg and its surrounding areas. First mentioned on record as early as 1399 when it was still a pub, the listed building has been carefully renovated during the past year. The brand-new hotel concept successfully combines the typical styles of Salzburg and Venice. Since the late 16th century, Italian architecture has been playing a major role in designing the appearance of Salzburg and has subsequently also contributed to the stunning city becoming a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
