With VIVA Boutique, VIVA Cruises brings the boutique hotel experience to Europe’s rivers: design, fine dining and curated themed cruises offer a stylish experience on the Seine and, starting in 2027, in northern Italy.

“A VIVA Cruises river cruise combines relaxation with the opportunity to get to know various cities, landscapes and cultures within a short period of time,” says Andrea Kruse, VIVA Cruises CEO and co-founder. “With VIVA Boutique, we’re taking this a step further and bringing the boutique hotel experience to the river.”

The suites are up to 30 square metres in size.

At the heart of this premium experience are the boutique ships VIVA BEYOND – sailing the Seine from Paris through Normandy since May 2026 – and VIVA UNIQUE, which starting in May 2027 will blend Italian lifestyle, culture and cuisine in the Venetian Lagoon and along the Po River. “The ship is an integral part of the travel experience,” says Kruse. Both boutique ships feature an intimate atmosphere, spacious suites and high-quality interior design. More than 50 per cent of the cabins are suites, and many offer extras such as concierge service or walk-in wardrobes.

On both ships, a Michelin-starred chef curates the menus at MOMENTS, while VIVA’s Brasserie on VIVA BEYOND and VIVA’s Trattoria on VIVA UNIQUE serve French and Italian cuisine in a relaxed setting. The VIVA All-Inclusive concept furthermore covers drinks, meals, Wi-Fi, and gratuities.

In this way, VIVA Boutique becomes a stylish invitation to discover France and Italy slowly, consciously, and with relish.

Mit VIVA Boutique bringt VIVA Cruises das Boutique-Hotel-Gefühl auf Europas Flüsse: Design, Fine Dining und kuratierte Themenreisen verbinden sich auf der Seine und ab 2027 in Norditalien zu stilvollem Genuss.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen bei diesem Premium-Erlebnis die Boutique-Schiffe VIVA BEYOND, seit Mai 2026 auf der Seine ab Paris durch die Normandie unterwegs, und VIVA UNIQUE, die ab Mai 2027 in Venedigs Lagune und auf dem Po italienisches Lebensgefühl, Kultur und Kulinarik verbindet. „Das Schiff ist dabei ein wesentlicher Teil des Reiseerlebnisses”, sagt Kruse. Beide Boutique-Schiffe setzen auf eine intime Atmosphäre, großzügige Suiten und hochwertiges Interior Design. Mehr als 50 Prozent der Kabinen sind Suiten und viele bieten Extras wie Concierge-Service oder einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

Im Restaurant MOMENTS kuratiert auf beiden Schiffen ein Sternekoch die Menüs. Zudem wird in „VIVA’s Brasserie“ (VIVA BEYOND) und in „VIVA’s Trattoria“ (VIVA UNIQUE) in entspannter Atmosphäre typisch französisch bzw. italienisch gekocht.
